(2) Breakfast and brunch joints include 3rd Coast Café and Wine Bar, Lou Mitchell’s, and House of Blues.


(3) One of Chicago’s hot spot restaurant is The Grill on the Alley where celebrities are often spotted, specializing in fresh seafood, assorted steaks and chops.

(6) If you’re headed to the United Center to watch a game, the best choice to dine is at one sixtyblue, owned by Michael Jordan. His name alone contributes to Chicago's fame. This is a hip restaurant having a contemporary edge and streamlined elegance while offering approachable luxury and appealing to a diverse audience.


(7) For authentic Greek cuisine, Chicago’s Greektown hosts an array of restaurants whose offerings range from saganaki to baklava. Restaurants include Athena, Costa’s Greek Islands, Parthenon, Roditys and Santorini.


(8) Chicago nightlife spans from house music to jazz and blues. Favorite haunts for blues include Blue Chicago, Buddy Guy’s Legends, House of Blues and Kingston Mines. Some popular jazz clubs, include Andy’s Jazz Club, The Back Room, Green Dolphin Street, and Joe’s Be Bop Café and Jazz Emporium, all found at Navy Pier.


(9) If you want to dance the night away in style, check out Crobar, reserve, Jet Vodka Lounge and Smart Bar, all hosting international DJs and nice sound systems. If you’re more into singing, head out to Howl at the Moon and Red Head Piano Bar.
